Fana IL

Fana IL was one of 87 clubs from Norway that had teams playing during Partille Cup 2018. They participated with one team in Girls 15. In addition to Fana IL, 149 other teams from 15 different countries played in Girls 15. They were divided into 25 different groups, whereof Fana IL could be found in Group 18 together with Haslum IL 1, Lugi HF 1, Älta IF, Samara Region and Herning FH 2. Fana IL continued to B-Play-off after reaching 5:th place in Group 18. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against Herning FH 1 with 0-10. In the Final, Stockholmspolisens IF won over Klaebu IL and became the winner of B-Play-off in Girls 15. Fana comes from Bergen which lies approximately 480 km from Göteborg, where Partille Cup takes place. The area around Bergen does also provide 13 additional clubs participating during Partille Cup 2018 (Among others: Bjarg IL, Sotra SK, Sædalen IL, Söreide IL, Osterøy IL, Bergen HK, Fyllingen IL, IL Gneist, Åsane HK and Bönes IL).
