Tertnes IL

Tertnes IL was one of 100 clubs from Norway that had teams playing during Partille Cup 2017. They participated with one team in Girls 18. In addition to Tertnes IL, 58 other teams from 11 different countries played in Girls 18. They were divided into 9 different groups, whereof Tertnes IL could be found in Group 5 together with Sorunda IF, FC Midtjylland, IK Våg HK, Alberta Team Handball 1, Kärra HF and SG Mittelangeln. Tertnes IL continued to B-Play-off after reaching 5:th place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against OV Helsingborg with 16-18. In the Final, HIK/KFUM won over Nordstrand IF and became the winner of B-Play-off in Girls 18. Tertnes comes from Bergen which lies approximately 490 km from Göteborg, where Partille Cup takes place. The area around Bergen does also provide six additional clubs participating during Partille Cup 2017 (Flaktveit IK, Lövham IL, Fyllingen Håndball, Bjarg IL, Åsane HK and Sotra SK).
