In addition to the two Baekkelaget SK teams, 102 other teams from 14 different countries played in Girls 15. They were divided into 17 different groups, whereof Baekkelaget SK 2 could be found in Group 6 together with Skogstrand IL, Herning FH 1, HK Aranäs, HC Vöslau and IK Cyrus. Baekkelaget SK 2 continued to B-Play-off after reaching 6:th place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Sotra SK 1 with 4-12. In the Final, Sotra SK 1 won over Skogstrand IL and became the winner of B-Play-off in Girls 15. Baekkelaget SK also participated in Girls 14 during Partille Cup 2013. They reached the 1/8 Final in G14 B-Play-off, but lost it against Driv IL with 8-11.
