HC Vöslau

HC Vöslau was one of 8 clubs from Austria that had teams playing during Partille Cup 2014. They participated with one team in Girls 15. In addition to HC Vöslau, 103 other teams from 13 different countries played in Girls 15. They were divided into 17 different groups, whereof HC Vöslau could be found in Group 6 together with Baekkelaget SK 2, Skogstrand IL, Herning FH 1, HK Aranäs and IK Cyrus. HC Vöslau continued to B-Play-off after reaching 4:th place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Eidsvold Turn with 8-9. In the Final, Sotra SK 1 won over Skogstrand IL and became the winner of B-Play-off in Girls 15. Vöslau comes from Bad-Vöslau which lies approximately 1100 km from Göteborg, where Partille Cup takes place. The area around Bad-Vöslau does also provide two additional clubs participating during Partille Cup 2014 (UHC Eggenburg and Union West Wien).
