HKR

HKR was one of 15 clubs from Iceland that had teams playing during Partille Cup 2013. They participated with one team in Boys 16. In addition to HKR, 86 other teams from 21 different countries played in Boys 16. They were divided into 14 different groups, whereof HKR could be found in Group 11 together with IK Sävehof 1, Union West Wien, Kolding IF, IK Bolton and Besiktas JC. HKR continued to B-Play-off after reaching 6:th place in Group 11. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against Stenungsunds HK with 10-11. In the Final, Hammarby IF won over Ankara Youth SC and became the winner of B-Play-off in Boys 16. HKR comes from Reykjavik which lies approximately 1900 km from Göteborg, where Partille Cup takes place. The area around Reykjavik does also provide 13 additional clubs participating during Partille Cup 2013 (Among others: Fylkir, Fjölnir, Vikingur, IBV, Haukar, Stjarnan, FH, IR, Afturelding and Throttur).
