Union West Wien

In addition to Union West Wien, 86 other teams from 21 different countries played in Boys 16. They were divided into 14 different groups, whereof Union West Wien could be found in Group 11 together with IK Sävehof 1, Kolding IF, IK Bolton, HKR and Besiktas JC. Union West Wien continued to A-Play-off after reaching 3:rd place in Group 11. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Selfoss with 10-14. In the Final, Selfoss won over US Creteil Handball and became the winner of A-Play-off in Boys 16.
