In addition to IL Siggerud, 92 other teams from 20 different countries played in Boys 13. They were divided into 15 different groups, whereof IL Siggerud could be found in Group 11 together with Rödovre HK, Alexandria SC 2, IFK Kristianstad 4, Ystads IF 2, IK Sävehof 1 and Mt Kenya. IL Siggerud continued to B-Play-off after reaching 6:th place in Group 11. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against Alexandria SC 1 with 6-21. In the Final, Eskilstuna Guif 2 won over Haslum IL 1 and became the winner of B-Play-off in Boys 13.
