In addition to the two Alexandria teams, 91 other teams from 20 different countries played in Boys 13. They were divided into 15 different groups, whereof Alexandria SC 2 could be found in Group 11 together with IL Siggerud, Rödovre HK, IFK Kristianstad 4, Ystads IF 2, IK Sävehof 1 and Mt Kenya. Alexandria SC 2 continued to A-Play-off after reaching 1:st place in Group 11. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Skanderborg HB 1 with 14-15. In the Final, Team Favrskov Håndbold won over RK Rudar and became the winner of A-Play-off in Boys 13.
