In addition to Stjördals/Blink IL, 135 other teams from 16 different countries played in Girls 15. They were divided into 22 different groups, whereof Stjördals/Blink IL could be found in Group 10 together with Partille IF, Furuset IF, Herning FH 1, Selfoss and AIK Handboll. Stjördals/Blink IL continued to A-Play-off after reaching 3:rd place in Group 10. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Önnereds HK 1 with 4-11. In the Final, Skanderborg HB 1 won over Rødekro-Aabenraa Håndbold and became the winner of A-Play-off in Girls 15. Stjördals/Blink IL also participated in Girls 14 during Partille Cup 2018. They reached the 1/4 Final in G14 A-Play-off, but lost it against HIK 1 with 7-14.
