In addition to Neistin, 66 other teams from 15 different countries played in Boys 13. They were divided into 11 different groups, whereof Neistin could be found in Group 5 together with Skanderborg HB, Täby HBK, OV Helsingborg 2, Herkules and Redbergslids IK 2. Neistin continued to B-Play-off after reaching 5:th place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Hörning Håndbold 2 with 15-16. In the Final, Täby HBK won over HSG Nordwest and became the winner of B-Play-off in Boys 13.
