In addition to Täby HBK, 66 other teams from 16 different countries played in Boys 13. They were divided into 11 different groups, whereof Täby HBK could be found in Group 5 together with Skanderborg HB, OV Helsingborg 2, Herkules, Redbergslids IK 2 and Neistin. Täby HBK made it to B-Play-off after reaching 4:th place in Group 5. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against HSG Nordwest, which they won with 17-11. Thereby Täby HBK won the entire B-Play-off in Boys 13 during Partille Cup 2018.
