In addition to Eskilstuna Guif, 93 other teams from 16 different countries played in Boys 16. They were divided into 15 different groups, whereof Eskilstuna Guif could be found in Group 6 together with IK Sävehof 2, RS Zagreb, SS Korolev, Skanderborg HB and Fram. Eskilstuna Guif continued to A-Play-off after reaching 3:rd place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Kävlinge HK with 18-20. In the Final, Skanderborg HB won over Norrköpings HK and became the winner of A-Play-off in Boys 16. Eskilstuna Guif also participated in Boys 15 during Partille Cup 2017. They reached the 1/16 Final in B15 A-Play-off, but lost it against Skjern Håndbold with 8-21.
