In addition to Fram, 93 other teams from 16 different countries played in Boys 16. They were divided into 15 different groups, whereof Fram could be found in Group 6 together with IK Sävehof 2, Eskilstuna Guif, RS Zagreb, SS Korolev and Skanderborg HB. Fram continued to B-Play-off after reaching 6:th place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against Tollarps IF with 8-10. In the Final, RP IF won over IK Sävehof 2 and became the winner of B-Play-off in Boys 16.
