In addition to Hörning Håndbold, 11 other teams from 7 different countries played in Boys 21. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof Hörning Håndbold could be found in Group 1 together with HSG Mörlen, Saskatchewan Junior men, Hjortshöj Egå IF, IK Sävehof and H43 Lund. Hörning Håndbold made it to B-Play-off after reaching 4:th place in Group 1. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against HEBS, which they won with 23-17. Thereby Hörning Håndbold won the entire B-Play-off in Boys 21 during Partille Cup 2017.
