HK Aranäs

In addition to HK Aranäs, 110 other teams from 10 different countries played in Girls 16. They were divided into 18 different groups, whereof HK Aranäs could be found in Group 3 together with Hönefoss SK 2, Ull/Kisa IL 1, Bjarg IL 2, MTV Dänischenhagen and Gökstens BK. HK Aranäs continued to A-Play-off after reaching 2:nd place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Brabrand IF 3 with 8-12. In the Final, FC Midtjylland won over Skövde HF and became the winner of A-Play-off in Girls 16. HK Aranäs also participated in Girls 15 during Partille Cup 2016. They reached the 1/16 Final in G15 A-Play-off, but lost it against Skive FH with 12-13.
