Bjarg IL 1

In addition to the two Bjarg teams, 109 other teams from 10 different countries played in Girls 16. They were divided into 18 different groups, whereof Bjarg IL 1 could be found in Group 2 together with Herkules IF, Herning FH, Hönefoss SK 1, Kävlinge HK and SG Oeversee JW. Bjarg IL 1 continued to A-Play-off after reaching 2:nd place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Skövde HF with 7-22. In the Final, FC Midtjylland won over Skövde HF and became the winner of A-Play-off in Girls 16. Bjarg IL also participated in Girls 15 during Partille Cup 2016. They reached the 1/32 Final in G15 A-Play-off, but lost it against Randesund IL 1 with 9-20.
