In addition to Lidingö SK, 100 other teams from 17 different countries played in Boys 15. They were divided into 16 different groups, whereof Lidingö SK could be found in Group 5 together with Elverum IL, Önnereds HK 1, Hellerup IK, Grotta 2 and H43 Lund 2. Lidingö SK continued to B-Play-off after reaching 6:th place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against TJ Dukla Praha 2 with 11-20. In the Final, TJ Dukla Praha 1 won over Ski IL 2 and became the winner of B-Play-off in Boys 15. Lidingö SK also participated in Boys 14 during Partille Cup 2016. They reached the 1/16 Final in B14 B-Play-off, but lost it against Kärra HF 2 with 7-21.
