In addition to the two Grotta teams, 99 other teams from 17 different countries played in Boys 15. They were divided into 16 different groups, whereof Grotta 2 could be found in Group 5 together with Elverum IL, Önnereds HK 1, Lidingö SK, Hellerup IK and H43 Lund 2. Grotta 2 continued to B-Play-off after reaching 5:th place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against UOR 4 with 13-17. In the Final, TJ Dukla Praha 1 won over Ski IL 2 and became the winner of B-Play-off in Boys 15.
