HK Waasmunster

HK Waasmunster was one of 9 clubs from Belgium that had teams playing during Partille Cup 2019. They participated with one team in Boys 14. In addition to HK Waasmunster, 89 other teams from 19 different countries played in Boys 14. They were divided into 15 different groups, whereof HK Waasmunster could be found in Group 3 together with G.E.i.E.G, Grankulla IFK, HF Flensburg-Munkbrarup, Önnereds HK 2 and Lödde Vikings HK 2. HK Waasmunster continued to A-Play-off after reaching 3:rd place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against Eskilstuna Guif 2 with 10-16. In the Final, Lödde Vikings HK 1 won over Enköpings HF and became the winner of A-Play-off in Boys 14. Waasmunster comes from WAASMUNSTER which lies approximately 900 km from Göteborg, where Partille Cup takes place. The area around WAASMUNSTER does also provide four additional clubs participating during Partille Cup 2019 (Don Bosco Gent HC, HBC Evergem, Elita Buggenhout and HBC Brabo Denderbelle).
