Rudar

Rudar was one of 7 clubs from Croatia that had teams playing during Partille Cup 2018. They participated with one team in Boys 14. In addition to Rudar, 97 other teams from 18 different countries played in Boys 14. They were divided into 16 different groups, whereof Rudar could be found in Group 3 together with HK Aranäs 2, H43 Lund 1, Jaguares Mexico, Helsingfors IFK and Herning FH 1. Rudar continued to A-Play-off after reaching 2:nd place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against HK Silwing/Troja with 8-11. In the Final, HK Silwing/Troja won over Skanderborg HB and became the winner of A-Play-off in Boys 14. Rudar comes from Rude which lies approximately 1400 km from Göteborg, where Partille Cup takes place. The area around Rude does also provide four additional clubs participating during Partille Cup 2018 (RK Tresnjevka, RS Zagreb, RK Zagreb and RK Maksimir Pastela).
