In addition to Neistin, 149 other teams from 14 different countries played in Girls 15. They were divided into 25 different groups, whereof Neistin could be found in Group 17 together with Skanderborg HB, Bönes IL 2, Täby HBK, Elverum IL 2 and Moscow. Neistin continued to B-Play-off after reaching 4:th place in Group 17. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against Ski IL 2 with 7-9. In the Final, Stockholmspolisens IF won over Klaebu IL and became the winner of B-Play-off in Girls 15.
