Sweden was one of 82 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Partille Cup 2018. They participated with one team in EOC. In addition to Sweden, 19 other teams from 19 different countries played in EOC. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Sweden could be found in Group A together with Poland, Norway, Italy and Czech Republic.
