Moscow Region (2004)

Moscow Region (2004) was one of 12 clubs from Russia that had teams playing during Partille Cup 2018. They participated with one team in Girls 14. In addition to Moscow Region (2004), 101 other teams from 12 different countries played in Girls 14. They were divided into 17 different groups, whereof Moscow Region (2004) could be found in Group 13 together with Frogner IL, Skaun HK, BK Heid, Rödekro IF and Kristianstad HK 1. Moscow Region (2004) continued to B-Play-off after reaching 4:th place in Group 13. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against TV Cloppenburg with 10-13. In the Final, IK Sävehof 2 won over Lugi HF 1 and became the winner of B-Play-off in Girls 14. Moscow Region (2004) comes from Dolgoprudniy which lies approximately 1500 km from Göteborg, where Partille Cup takes place. The area around Dolgoprudniy does also provide six additional clubs participating during Partille Cup 2018 (SS Korolev, Fortuna, Victory, SS Tushino Moscow, Moscow team 2004 and SS 101 Moscow).
