In addition to Hammel GF, 75 other teams from 17 different countries played in Boys 16. They were divided into 12 different groups, whereof Hammel GF could be found in Group 3 together with Don Bosco Gent HC, HSG Nordwest, Eskilstuna Guif 2, TuS Ickern and HK Ankaret. Hammel GF continued to A-Play-off after reaching 1:st place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against H43 Lund 1 with 11-13. In the Final, Skanderborg HB won over HK Aranäs 1 and became the winner of A-Play-off in Boys 16.
