TSV Hürup

TSV Hürup was one of 22 clubs from Germany that had teams playing during Partille Cup 2017. They participated with one team in Boys 18. In addition to TSV Hürup, 60 other teams from 14 different countries played in Boys 18. They were divided into 10 different groups, whereof TSV Hürup could be found in Group 3 together with Trelde GI, F.C. do Porto 2, TSV Sieverstedt 2, Hammarby IF and Alingsås HK 1. TSV Hürup continued to B-Play-off after reaching 4:th place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against THW Kiel with 19-26. In the Final, Torslanda HK won over THW Kiel and became the winner of B-Play-off in Boys 18. TSV Hürup also participated in Boys 18 during Partille Cup 2016. They reached the 1/16 Final in B18 B-Play-off, but lost it against HBC Izegem with 16-17. Hürup comes from Hürup which lies approximately 370 km from Göteborg, where Partille Cup takes place. The area around Hürup does also provide 7 additional clubs participating during Partille Cup 2017 (HF Flensburg-Munkbrarup, Rödekro IF, SG Oeversee JW, HC Treia/Jübek, TSV Sieverstedt, Schule Viöl and SG Mittelangeln).
