In addition to HK, 86 other teams from 10 different countries played in Girls 13. They were divided into 14 different groups, whereof HK could be found in Group 11 together with Ski IL 1, Skive FH, Lugi HF 2, Åkersberga HK and Kungälvs HK 2. HK continued to B-Play-off after reaching 6:th place in Group 11. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against Kärra HF 1 with 8-15. In the Final, Tindlund IF won over MTV Dänischenhagen and became the winner of B-Play-off in Girls 13.
