In addition to Selfoss, 100 other teams from 17 different countries played in Boys 15. They were divided into 16 different groups, whereof Selfoss could be found in Group 10 together with HK Aranäs, Herning FH 2, IFK Nyköping, Ski IL 1 and TSG Münster 1. Selfoss continued to A-Play-off after reaching 2:nd place in Group 10. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Hjortshöj Egå IF with 16-18. In the Final, Skanderborg HB won over H 71 1 and became the winner of A-Play-off in Boys 15.
