IK Sävehof 4

In addition to the 5 Sävehof teams, 82 other teams from 10 different countries played in Girls 13. They were divided into 14 different groups, whereof IK Sävehof 4 could be found in Group 4 together with HK Ankaret, Övrevoll Hosle IL 2, Fjellhammer IL 1, Backa HK and Hörning Håndbold 2. IK Sävehof 4 continued to B-Play-off after reaching 4:th place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Kärra HF 1 with 10-20. In the Final, Tindlund IF won over MTV Dänischenhagen and became the winner of B-Play-off in Girls 13. IK Sävehof also participated in Girls 12 during Partille Cup 2016. They reached the 1/8 Final in G12 A-Play-off, but lost it against Skogås HK with 6-12.
