Larvik Turn IF

Larvik Turn IF was one of 100 clubs from Norway that had teams playing during Partille Cup 2017. They participated with one team in Girls 14. In addition to Larvik Turn IF, 129 other teams from 14 different countries played in Girls 14. They were divided into 21 different groups, whereof Larvik Turn IF could be found in Group 20 together with OV Helsingborg 1, IK Baltichov, Dvorets-Moscow, Afturelding, Fjellhammer IL 1 and Brabrand IF. Larvik Turn IF continued to A-Play-off after reaching 2:nd place in Group 20. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against Torslanda HK 3 with 15-17. In the Final, Bording KFUM won over Nit/Hak HK 1 and became the winner of A-Play-off in Girls 14. Larvik Turn comes from Larvik which lies approximately 190 km from Göteborg, where Partille Cup takes place. The area around Larvik does also provide 8 additional clubs participating during Partille Cup 2017 (Gjerpen IF, Nesjar IF, Halsen IF, Teie IF, Tönsbergs Turn, Nötteröy IF, Urädd Håndball and Herkules IF).
