Halsen IF

Halsen IF was one of 100 clubs from Norway that had teams playing during Partille Cup 2017. They participated with one team in Girls 14. In addition to Halsen IF, 129 other teams from 14 different countries played in Girls 14. They were divided into 21 different groups, whereof Halsen IF could be found in Group 10 together with HK Aranäs 3, Lörenskog HK, Skanderborg HB, Haslum IL 1 and Stockholmspolisens IF. Halsen IF continued to A-Play-off after reaching 3:rd place in Group 10. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Nit/Hak HK 1 with 11-18. In the Final, Bording KFUM won over Nit/Hak HK 1 and became the winner of A-Play-off in Girls 14. Halsen comes from Larvik which lies approximately 190 km from Göteborg, where Partille Cup takes place. The area around Larvik does also provide 8 additional clubs participating during Partille Cup 2017 (Gjerpen IF, Nesjar IF, Teie IF, Tönsbergs Turn, Nötteröy IF, Urädd Håndball, Larvik Turn IF and Herkules IF).
