In addition to Tyresö Handboll, 129 other teams from 11 different countries played in Girls 15. They were divided into 21 different groups, whereof Tyresö Handboll could be found in Group 4 together with Stjördals/Blink IL, Ullern IF 1, TuS Ickern, Skövde HF 2 and Vorup FB 2. Tyresö Handboll continued to A-Play-off after reaching 2:nd place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Strindheim IL with 10-17. In the Final, HK Silwing/Troja won over Helsingör IF and became the winner of A-Play-off in Girls 15. Tyresö Handboll also participated in Girls 14 during Partille Cup 2016. They reached the 1/16 Final in G14 A-Play-off, but lost it against BK Heid 2 with 8-14.
