In addition to Eskilstuna Guif, 100 other teams from 17 different countries played in Boys 15. They were divided into 16 different groups, whereof Eskilstuna Guif could be found in Group 12 together with H 71 1, Reistad IL 2, Hörning Håndbold, HK Ankaret 2, SG Wehrheim/Obernhain and IK Baltichov. Eskilstuna Guif continued to A-Play-off after reaching 2:nd place in Group 12. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Skjern Håndbold with 8-21. In the Final, Skanderborg HB won over H 71 1 and became the winner of A-Play-off in Boys 15. Eskilstuna Guif also participated in Boys 14 during Partille Cup 2016. They reached the 1/8 Final in B14 A-Play-off, but lost it against HSG Nordwest with 14-21.
