In addition to Klöfta IL, 129 other teams from 11 different countries played in Girls 15. They were divided into 21 different groups, whereof Klöfta IL could be found in Group 3 together with Skövde HF 1, Ottestad IL 1, RMH-HBCC, Furesø Håndbold and Ull/Kisa IL 2. Klöfta IL continued to B-Play-off after reaching 6:th place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/64 Final, but lost it against Hornbaek IF with 5-6. In the Final, Lugi HF won over Ullern IF 1 and became the winner of B-Play-off in Girls 15.
