HEI/VRI

HEI/VRI was one of 36 clubs from Denmark that had teams playing during Partille Cup 2014. They participated with one team in Boys 16. In addition to HEI/VRI, 69 other teams from 18 different countries played in Boys 16. They were divided into 11 different groups, whereof HEI/VRI could be found in Group 6 together with Quebec Handball, UHK Krems, Lugi HF 1, Borlänge HK and Torslanda HK. HEI/VRI continued to A-Play-off after reaching 2:nd place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against IK Sävehof 1 with 16-22. In the Final, Niger United won over IK Sävehof 1 and became the winner of A-Play-off in Boys 16. HEI/VRI comes from Egaa which lies approximately 200 km from Göteborg, where Partille Cup takes place. The area around Egaa does also provide 10 additional clubs participating during Partille Cup 2014 (Hörning Håndbold, Team Favrskov Håndbold, Vejlby-Risskov IK, Aarhus HK, Stautrup IF, Skanderborg HB, Hjortshöj Egå IF, Christiansbjerg IF, Harlev IK and Brabrand IF).
