Sandnes HK

Sandnes HK was one of 92 clubs from Norway that had teams playing during Partille Cup 2014. They participated with one team in Girls 16. In addition to Sandnes HK, 88 other teams from 15 different countries played in Girls 16. They were divided into 14 different groups, whereof Sandnes HK could be found in Group 4 together with Kolding IF, Nesodden HK, Skogås HK, IFK Arboga, EHA National Girls (SP) and HK Varberg. Sandnes HK continued to A-Play-off after reaching 3:rd place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against Lugi HF 2 with 9-15. In the Final, Hellerup IK 1 won over Skanderborg HB and became the winner of A-Play-off in Girls 16. Sandnes comes from Sandnes which lies approximately 390 km from Göteborg, where Partille Cup takes place. Other than Sandnes HK, the club Viking HK does also originate from the area around Sandnes.
