In addition to BK Ydun, 42 other teams from 11 different countries played in Boys 12. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof BK Ydun could be found in Group 3 together with CST02 for handball, Önnereds HK 1, MTV Dänischenhagen, IK Sävehof 5 and Lugi HF. BK Ydun continued to A-Play-off after reaching 1:st place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against El-Shams SC with 9-16. In the Final, Rima HC won over Fjellhammer IL and became the winner of A-Play-off in Boys 12. BK Ydun also participated in Boys 11 during Partille Cup 2013. They reached the 1/4 Final in B11 A-Play-off, but lost it against El-Shams SC with 7-11.
