In addition to the two IFK Nyköping teams, 102 other teams from 14 different countries played in Girls 15. They were divided into 17 different groups, whereof IFK Nyköping 2 could be found in Group 5 together with Flint Tønsberg Håndball AL, Stabaek IF 1, Stenungsunds HK, AK-28 and Entente Châteaulin - Pleyben. IFK Nyköping 2 continued to B-Play-off after reaching 5:th place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against IFK Hammarö with 6-13. In the Final, Sotra SK 1 won over Skogstrand IL and became the winner of B-Play-off in Girls 15.
