Dicken

Dicken was one of 7 clubs from Finland that had teams playing during Partille Cup 2014. They participated with one team in Girls 14. In addition to Dicken, 115 other teams from 12 different countries played in Girls 14. They were divided into 19 different groups, whereof Dicken could be found in Group 4 together with Ullern IF 1, Kävlinge HK, Strindheim IL 2, Hånes IF 2 and Lugi HF 1. Dicken continued to A-Play-off after reaching 3:rd place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against Westermalms IF with 11-21. In the Final, Torslanda HK won over Charlottenlund SK 1 and became the winner of A-Play-off in Girls 14. Dicken comes from Helsingfors, Finland which lies approximately 780 km from Göteborg, where Partille Cup takes place. The area around Helsingfors, Finland does also provide four additional clubs participating during Partille Cup 2014 (IF Helsinge Atlas, Wincester, Helsinki IFK and Grankulla IFK).
