In addition to IR, 107 other teams from 14 different countries played in Girls 15. They were divided into 18 different groups, whereof IR could be found in Group 4 together with IK Sävehof 2, Nordstrand IF, Skive FH 1, Pinheiros and Oppsal IF. IR continued to B-Play-off after reaching 6:th place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Stjördals/Blink IL 1 with 4-14. In the Final, Stjördals/Blink IL 1 won over Elverum IL and became the winner of B-Play-off in Girls 15.
