In addition to the two Lugi teams, 63 other teams from 17 different countries played in Boys 18. They were divided into 10 different groups, whereof Lugi HF 2 could be found in Group 6 together with BK Heid, Lindesberg, LIF, Fjellhammer IL, HC Eynatten-Raeren and Zimbabwe National Team (OS). Lugi HF 2 continued to A-Play-off after reaching 2:nd place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against TV Birsfelden with 10-17. In the Final, Uor-Chehov won over Frisch Auf! Göppingen and became the winner of A-Play-off in Boys 18.
