Halsen/Runar 1

In addition to the two Halsen/Runar teams, 85 other teams from 21 different countries played in Boys 16. They were divided into 14 different groups, whereof Halsen/Runar 1 could be found in Group 13 together with HK Eskil, Torsby IF, HK Ankaret, Selfoss, England National Team (OS) and SV 64 Zweibrücken 1. Halsen/Runar 1 continued to A-Play-off after reaching 2:nd place in Group 13. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Skanderborg HB with 14-15. In the Final, Selfoss won over US Creteil Handball and became the winner of A-Play-off in Boys 16.
