Team Nord

Team Nord was one of 34 clubs from Denmark that had teams playing during Partille Cup 2013. They participated with one team in Girls 18. In addition to Team Nord, 50 other teams from 12 different countries played in Girls 18. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Team Nord could be found in Group 4 together with Alingsås HK, IK Sävehof 1, Team Stockholm, TSV Kappeln and Fjölnir. Team Nord continued to A-Play-off after reaching 1:st place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Önnereds HK 1 with 12-14. In the Final, Skanderborg HB won over Brabrand IF 2 and became the winner of A-Play-off in Girls 18. Team Nord comes from Frederikshavn which lies approximately 100 km from Göteborg, where Partille Cup takes place. The area around Frederikshavn does also provide two additional clubs participating during Partille Cup 2013 (Strandby-Elling IF and FFI Håndbold).
