Spånga HK was one of 96 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Partille Cup 2013. They participated with one team in Boys 16. In addition to Spånga HK, 86 other teams from 21 different countries played in Boys 16. They were divided into 14 different groups, whereof Spånga HK could be found in Group 6 together with TSV Kappeln, Stenungsunds HK, Hjortshöj Egå IF, WAT Fünfhaus GRG 15 and FH. Spånga HK continued to A-Play-off after reaching 2:nd place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against Union West Wien with 7-17. In the Final, Selfoss won over US Creteil Handball and became the winner of A-Play-off in Boys 16. Spånga comes from Bromma which lies approximately 380 km from Göteborg, where Partille Cup takes place. The area around Bromma does also provide 21 additional clubs participating during Partille Cup 2013 (Among others: Stockholmspolisens IF, Bollstanäs SK, Huddinge HK, Bålsta IF, Åkersberga HK, Täby Handboll, Täby HBK, Skuru IK, Skogås HK and HK Silwing/Troja).
