Vassunda IF

In addition to Vassunda IF, 86 other teams from 21 different countries played in Boys 16. They were divided into 14 different groups, whereof Vassunda IF could be found in Group 7 together with Don Bosco Gent HC, Mölndal/Heid, FFI Håndbold, Lugi HF 1 and Haukar 2. Vassunda IF continued to A-Play-off after reaching 3:rd place in Group 7. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against Kärra HF with 13-17. In the Final, Selfoss won over US Creteil Handball and became the winner of A-Play-off in Boys 16.
