SC Victoria was one of 27 clubs from Russia that had teams playing during Partille Cup 2013. They participated with one team in Girls 13. In addition to SC Victoria, 82 other teams from 15 different countries played in Girls 13. They were divided into 13 different groups, whereof SC Victoria could be found in Group 1 together with Skanderborg HB, TSG Wismar, IF Tyristubben, Bålsta IF and HK Ankaret 2. SC Victoria continued to B-Play-off after reaching 4:th place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against IK Bolton 1 with 11-17. In the Final, H 71 won over Lugi HF 1 and became the winner of B-Play-off in Girls 13. Victoria comes from Moscow which lies approximately 1600 km from Göteborg, where Partille Cup takes place. The area around Moscow does also provide 25 additional clubs participating during Partille Cup 2013 (Among others: SC Pchelki Volgograd City, SC Dinamo Volgograd City, SS No 81 Volgograd City, SC Vkor Volgograd City, SC Kirovchanka, SS Kirovskaya, SC Peterburzhenka, SS Moskovskaya, SC Nevskaya Zastava and SC Ultras).
