HK Country

HK Country was one of 96 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Partille Cup 2013. They participated with one team in Girls 16. In addition to HK Country, 91 other teams from 16 different countries played in Girls 16. They were divided into 15 different groups, whereof HK Country could be found in Group 1 together with Gökstens BK 2, Larvik Turn IF 1, IBV, Strandby-Elling IF and Mené HC. HK Country continued to A-Play-off after reaching 1:st place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Torslanda HK 1 with 9-13. In the Final, BK Ydun won over Brabrand IF and became the winner of A-Play-off in Girls 16. Country comes from Skövde which lies approximately 130 km from Göteborg, where Partille Cup takes place. The area around Skövde does also provide two additional clubs participating during Partille Cup 2013 (Skövde HF and IFK Skövde).
