In addition to Övrevoll Hosle IL, 107 other teams from 14 different countries played in Girls 15. They were divided into 18 different groups, whereof Övrevoll Hosle IL could be found in Group 7 together with NKIK Norrköping, HSG SZOWW, IL Rival, Glacier HC and Rödekro IF. Övrevoll Hosle IL continued to A-Play-off after reaching 3:rd place in Group 7. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against Pinheiros with 12-18. In the Final, Hellerup IK 1 won over Skogås HK and became the winner of A-Play-off in Girls 15.
