In addition to Eskilstuna Guif, 77 other teams from 10 different countries played in Girls 18. They were divided into 12 different groups, whereof Eskilstuna Guif could be found in Group 1 together with IFK Malmö 2, Stjördal HK 1, Brabrand IF, Vorup FB, TV Uelzen and Önnereds HK 1. Eskilstuna Guif continued to A-Play-off after reaching 1:st place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Oure with 12-24. In the Final, IK Sävehof 1 won over Skanderborg HB and became the winner of A-Play-off in Girls 18. Eskilstuna Guif also participated in Girls 18 during Partille Cup 2023.
