In addition to the two Lugi teams, 108 other teams from 13 different countries played in Girls 14. They were divided into 18 different groups, whereof Lugi HF 1 could be found in Group 2 together with Utpal Shanghvi School, HEI Håndbold 2, Tune IF, Ull/Kisa IL 1 and Skövde HF Red. Lugi HF 1 continued to A-Play-off after reaching 1:st place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Täby Handboll with 12-20. In the Final, Täby Handboll won over Torslanda HK 1 and became the winner of A-Play-off in Girls 14. Lugi HF also participated in Girls 13 during Partille Cup 2023. They reached the Semi final in G13 A-Play-off, but lost it against Skanderborg HB 1 with 12-23.
