In addition to Fram, 87 other teams from 16 different countries played in Boys 15. They were divided into 14 different groups, whereof Fram could be found in Group 9 together with Herkules IF, Huddinge HK 2, IK Sävehof, HEI Håndbold 1 and MTV Dänischenhagen. Fram continued to A-Play-off after reaching 3:rd place in Group 9. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Afturelding with 11-18. In the Final, HEI Håndbold 1 won over Hellerup IK and became the winner of A-Play-off in Boys 15.
